// Alright, Let’s get started🌟 How about you introduce yourself?

Hi! My name is Daniëlle and I’m Founder and Creative Director of the brand Daniëlle Cathari. I’m 25 years old and I live in Amsterdam. Furthermore, I can be described as a pragmatic but also an intuitive person and one of my favourite things to do is ceramics.

// So …., tell us - what is your secret beauty hack?

My mother told me that you always have to rub your neck to prevent it from getting wrinkly, haha! I also do coconut pulling, where I take a spoonful of coconut oil in my mouth and chew it until it becomes liquid. Sounds gross and actually - it is - in the beginning. But I believe it whitens my teeth and prevents inflammation.

// What does your daily skincare routine look like?

My daily skincare routine is actually quite simple. My morning and evening routine are pretty much alike; in the morning I take a slightly milder face wash than in the evening. Then I moisturize my face with a serum and day or night cream. About twice a week I do a mask and an occasional scrub.

// Could you tell us some more about your fave products?

I have been using the same day and night cream for years. I once heard that it’s not very good to constantly use different products such as day and night cream. Whether it’s true or not, I also really enjoy experimenting with masks, serums and tools!

The rosebud lip balm! I’ve been using this one since my teenage years. A tube of Cosmydor handcream is also not to be missed!

// Which of your products would you like to replace for a greener alternative?

I would like to find serums and/or remedies that could correct my redness in a greener alternative. I've been looking for something that can take away the redness from my face for a while, but unfortunately I haven't found the right product yet. I’m very curious about the Bqk Radiance Face Serum from Biologi with 100% organic ingredients! [of course that's what we got her, and we're pretty sure she's gonna like 'm;))

Find out what your skin needs and which products best suit it. I also believe in occasionally booking a facial or otherwise making a mini spa with the products that suit you!
