Believe it or not but using an oil-based cleanser is the best way to prevent oily skin. Traditional face washes contain harsh detergents and chemicals that strip your skin of its natural oils. This leads your skin to overproduce oil, leaving you with oily skin. Break out of the cycle with this natural and gentle oil-based cleanser. It penetrates the pores deeply to dissolve dirt, make-up and toxin buildup. This miracle worker is made with 100% cold-pressed plant and essential oils.

How to use
Get ready to be cleansed of all dirt and toxins! Massage a quarter-sized amount of oil into your skin. Then, place a hot washclith over your face for 15 seconds or longer. Rinse the cloth with hot water again and slowly wipe off oil with the cloth, rinsing it when needed. Repeat until all the oil is gone and skin feels soft. Pat dry with a clean towel and follow with facial serum. Hydrated? Check. Clean? Check. Oily? Nah.
We all love a good success story and the story of Aster & Bay is just that. Aster & Bay is a clean, all-natural, handcrafted skincare brand, founded by Erin Hammond in 2012. It started as an experiment whilst Erin studied western herbalism, but became so much more. Quality products made from raw plant ingredients only. Scotlands best.
Aster & Bay uses recycled glass packaging. All of their bottles and jars are glass, with a minimum amount of plastic (used in lids, pumps, sprayers). This is what we like to see!
